@ The Bakery we understand the struggle of living with food allergies! Our goal is to create delicious gluten-free treats that won’t be disappointing. Too often, allergy-safe treats are second-rate, but we are here to break that streak!

From mixing the ingredients to decorating the finished product, every step of our baking process is done by hand, and everything is made in small batches for optimal taste and texture. We take the time to ensure that every item that leaves our bakery is of the highest quality and is safe for every customer.
OUR STOREFRONT:
We are located right on the rotary in Pepperell, MA, at the old gas station building! During our hours of operation we have a great selection for walk-ins to choose from!
We proudly operate a brand new Celiac-Safe &
Top 9 Allergen Safe kitchen so you can enjoy our treats without worrying about cross-contamination.
Additionally, we only incorporate natural colors in our frosting and decorating, such as Spirulina (blue), Beet Root (red), Turmeric (yellow), and Cocoa (brown). All of our sprinkles are also dye and soy free, making it a safe choice for everyone!
cakes & cookies:
At The Bakery we have large variety of adllergy safe cupcakes for everyone to choose from. They can be sold individually for your one friend with an allergy, or kid coming to a birthday party - or you can get a dozen so everyone can enjoy them together!
**Ingredients lists stickers are always available for every item we carry**
We sometimes carry decorated cookies, but always have a variety of your favorite cookies to grab on the go. Our favorites are Chocolate Chip, Gingersnap and Oatmeal Raisin.
We try and have 4 inch "Baby Cakes" available for walk-ins, with "Happy Birthday" or "Congrats" cake toppers to make it a little more personal.
